Partner Communications Company, Operating the Orange Network in Israel, Deploys ArcSight to Enhance Security of Its Roaming Operations in 131 Countries on 292 Networks

Cupertino, Calif. -- November 16,  2005 -- ArcSight, the leading provider of enterprise security management (ESM) software, today announced that Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner") has standardized on ArcSight's ESM software to protect its third-generation (3G) wireless network operations from security threats. 

Partner Communications, a subsidiary of Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited (Hutchison Telecom), built the first GSM wireless network in Israel and provides GSM/GPRS wireless voice and data services to 2.4 million subscribers under the Orange brand.  The deployment, by integration specialist We! Consulting Group expands ArcSight's leadership in both international markets and the telecommunications industry.
